Active Maintenance Customers Transfer at No Charge
If you have an active maintenance agreement with DRV Tech, there is no fee to transfer your license to a new serial number. This is one of the key benefits of staying current on maintenance.
You'll Need Your Current System Details
To process your transfer, we need the serial number and model number of the IBM i system your license is currently registered to — the system you're moving from. Have these ready before submitting the form.
Transfers Are Processed During Business Hours
Our team reviews and processes transfer requests Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST. If your migration has a hard deadline, contact us by phone so we can prioritize accordingly.
