SpoolFlex e-Delivery Suite
e-Formats allow you to convert reports to various formats such as CSV (comma separated values), HTML, PDF, RTF (Word), TXT, Excel (XLS), XML. For example, convert financial reports to spreadsheet format, convert reports to PDF format for storing on server, for saving to CD, or for distributing via e-mail.
e-Mail from the IBM Midrange (i5/OS, System i, i5, iSeries, AS/400). You can optionally attach CSV, HTML, PDF, RTF, TXT, XLS, and XML files using the existing SMTP support on your IBM Midrange System (i5/OS, System i, i5, iSeries, AS/400).
Manage Spooled Files menu option has the look and feel of IBM’s Work Spooled File (WRKSPLF) and Work Output Queue (WRKOUTQ) commands with the addition of SpoolFlex tool options.
Copy feature adds the ability to distribute a single report in different formats such as print, CSV, HTML, PDF, RTF, TXT, XLS, and XML. It also gives the ability to change spooled files’’ attributes, such as characters per inch, copies, user data and much more.
SpoolFlex Advanced Utilities
This module upgrades the SpoolFlex e-Delivery suite to reduce labor-intensive tasks through automation. Some features include Report Distribution, Report Splitting, Sorting, Output Queue monitor and cleaning up unwanted spooled files in Output Queues, all without user intervention.
Audit Trail and Advanced Security
This module logs and tracks all of your distributions. It allows you to review distributed documents for visual verification and/or resending.
