Q: Can we fax using Spoolflex?
A: Yes. While Spoolflex is not fax software, adding the E2Fax interface enables SpoolFlex to send faxes through internet fax services, including Metrofax, Efax, etc. SpoolFlex sends the file/document as an attachment by email and automatically appends the fax number with the fax service domain name, handing the attachment to the service which then converts to a fax data stream and sends to the fax number provided by SpoolFlex.
Q: Do I have to create a sentry for each report distribution that I want to automate?
A: No. You can put all of your report distributions in the same sentry as long as they will run at the same day and time.
Q: Can I select more than one spooled file at a time?
A: Yes. You can create a Spooled File Selection definition that contains multiple entries (one entry per spooled file you are looking for).
