Update Instructions Follow these instructions to upgrade SpoolFlex/FormFlex software
Added intelligence to Spool Sentry processing
As we know with computer programs, they do not always execute as expected. Although with SpoolFlex Spool Sentry you have the ability to notify someone via eMail if an error is encountered or if the processing completed successfully. What it did not have was the ability to decide what to do when an error was encountered. Now we have added that capability into the Spool Sentry. You can now define what to do if an error is encountered during processing:
- Continue = Continue processing as though the error was never encountered
This is helpful if you know a certain error may occur and it’s OK to ignore (because you know it is not an actual error)
- Stop Sequence = Stops sequence from executing in subsequent processing
This is helpful if you know a specific step is not critical and you want the rest of the process to continue, you can deal with the exception at a later time
- Stop All = Stops all processing at the point the error is encountered (This is the default value)
Additional enhancement to Spool Sentry: Added option to turn on/off job log creation per Spool Sentry. This is helpful if you are trouble shooting an issue and need to produce a joblog for a specific Spool Sentry

SpoolFlex Basic Training will give you the tools to start converting reports to e-Formats and hit the ground running. This is a basic overview of the product and is designed for people who are just starting to use SpoolFlex. If you have been using SpoolFlex for a while and have specific questions regarding your spooled files, then please give us a call and we will be happy to help you one-on-one.

I hope everyone made it through the Holidays and are now getting settled in for the New Year. I believe this year is going to provide a lot of companies with some serious reasons to look internally and see where they can cut costs. One of the great things about our products (SpoolFlex, FormFlex and ReportFlex) is they all can be used to cut costs within any organization that uses them to their full potential.
If you do not think you are using any of our products (SpoolFlex, FormFlex or ReportFlex) to their full potential, do not hesitate to call or eMail our Support Team to ask for some assistance in this area. Our Support Team is here to not only assist you in how to use the software but they can give you ideas and feedback on how to fully use all the features of the software and assist you in maximizing the cost savings to your company. We have had feedback from companies that have saved tens of thousands of dollars annually. We have one company that estimates their ROI to be over 7 figures (over a million dollars annually) by fully implementing our products throughout their business processes.
