Excel Enhancements Phase II
Last month we announced quite a few enhancements for additional options when creating an Excel file. Well, the developers were not quite done. This month we release some additional enhancements when creating Excel files.
- Option to Center Spreadsheet vertically when printing
- Option to Center Spreadsheet horizontally when printing
- Option to specify the margins (Top, Left, Right and Bottom)
- Option to add Page breaks based on of the following:
Page Break when Spool Page breaks
Specific number of Rows (example: every 50 rows)
Spool Data value changes (example: change in salesman number)
Spool Data condition is found (example: the word Total is found)
- Option to condition cell highlighting based on the value in another Cell

SpoolFlex Basic Training will give you the tools to start converting reports to e-Formats and hit the ground running. This is a basic overview of the product and is designed for people who are just starting to use SpoolFlex. If you have been using SpoolFlex for a while and have specific questions regarding your spooled files, then please give us a call and we will be happy to help you one-on-one.
