Q: What is the maximum field size of the SUBJECT and MESSAGE parameters in the SFAEML command?
A: The maximum field size for the SUBJECT is 100 characters and 1026 characters for the MESSAGE.

Q: Is there a way to search for all jobs using MessageFlex?
A: Yes, you can specify *ALL for the MsgID instead of a specific ID. It will display everything with a certain message type or severity.

Q: Is there a way to backup or save output definitions or forms?
A: Yes. When you go into the Setup/Maintenance menu there is an option 17 for Save/Restore. This will let you save or restore your definitions to a save file on your IFS that you can either file away or copy to another system to restore.

Q: Does FormFlex support barcode objects?
A: Yes. FormFlex currently has support for the following styles: MSI Plessey, USPS PostNet, UPC-A, USPS Intelligent Mail, Code 128A/B/C, and 3 of 9.

n How to add a bullet to a form:
In FormFlex, bullets are created similarly to other TEXT objects. Create a TEXT object right next to the word for which you need the bullet. Use WINGDING font and put lowercase "L" in the text field.

n Font Selection:
Select COURIER or LETTER GOTHIC font in your form when you need a mono space font.
