You requested the ability to do a Copy and eMail with a single API to convert a report and email in one step. There is a new SpoolFlex API - SFACPYEML that does just that. It combines the SFACOPY and the SFAEMAIL into a single API.
Example: SFACPYEML OUTQ(SFOUTQ) FRMTYP(SALES) OUTNM(‘SALES RPT’) TOADR(SUPPORT@DRVTECH.COM) SUBJECT(‘Here is your sales report for today’)

SpoolFlex Basic Training:
SpoolFlex Basic Training will give you the tools to start converting reports to e-Formats and hit the ground running. This is a basic overview of the product and is designed for people who are just starting to use SpoolFlex. If you have been using SpoolFlex for a while and have specific questions regarding your spooled files, then please give us a call and we will be happy to help you one-on-one.

SpoolFlex Advanced Training

Join us for a Webinar on how to use Spool Data Field in E-mail subject. The “SDF in E-mail subject” class will show you how to include data from your spooled file in the subject of the e-mail that you send through SpoolFlex’s Report Distribution tool. This class is designed for people who already have experience with output definitions, report distributions and spool sentry tools and now would like to learn some advanced features.
