eSign (Electronic Signature) software eliminates hardware issues, such as maintenance and obsolescence, by replacing check signing equipment with an IBM Power Systems (IBM i, System i, iSeries, AS/400) based software solution that never wears out.
Electronic signature software allows you to electronically sign your documents to print on laser printers. eSign has the following features:
- No hardware is required because eSign is a 100 % software-based solution and does not require maintenance or servicing. It does not wear out after repeated use.
- Password Protect Signatures secures signatures by requiring up to two passwords to access.
- Temporary password may be utilized for one-time use when the primary password holder is out of office or unavailable.
- Conditional signing is allowed based on spooled data value, such as check amount.
- Multiple signatures are allowed per page.
